- The show starts out with an old silent movie clip and the music.
An old homeless woman is dreaming in an alley. A man wakes Rosa and tells her not to sleep back there its dangerous. She gets up and walks away. She seems to live in an odd dream world. She walks along the street and greats numerous people. She talks to herself, wishing she could leave. Rudy walks up to her then. She thinks hes talking to him. We dont exactly know what Rudy is supposed to be telling her, but she asks Rudy if he told them where she is. The truth now? Rudy barks. Oh, thanks Rudy! You are my most loyal subject! Rosa declares.
Hank and Stevie walk up to her then. She tells them they are after her. Hank asks who. She names some odd, foreign people. They watch her leave. Stevie tells Hank that the Welfare department is trying to get Rosa into a shelter. Hank suggests to Stevie that maybe its time she went.
That evening, Rosa is sleeping on the beach. Something wakes her up. She sees a helicopter land. A man begins running. He falls on the beach and begs her to help him. He then takes off further down the beach. Suddenly, two men in blue uniforms and helmets get out of the copter and shoot the man dead. They pick his body up and take him to the helicopter. Then the helicopter flies away. Rosa sees the entire thing.

The next day at the police station, Princess Rosa comes in and declares that someone was killed. A reporter in in the station and becomes interested when he assumes shes saying someone was abducted in a UFO. He wants to get more information.
She had told Stevie all about it. Stevie wants Hank to do something about it. He sits on Hanks desk and tells him she is really scared this time. Hank is looking for some papers Stevies sitting on them. He begs Hank to just talk to her. Hank finally agrees. But when they get to Connies desk, Rosa is gone. Connie knows where Rosa is outside with the news crew. They are recording her story.
Hank butts in and tells them that this is police business. The reporter tries to interview Hank, but Hank is not interested and quickly walks away.
Hank takes her back into the police station where Stevie is waiting. Hell need Stevie to translate for him. Rosa seems to do a lot of talking in some sort or old movie riddle. He is able to get the facts. The crime took place on Cherry Beach last night. Hank understands Rosa reporting that two men in a spaceship shot some man with their blasters. He walks away.
Stevie, of course, run after him. Hank argues that her story is not believable. Stevie isnt happy that Hank wont believe her. He tells Stevie that the best way to help her is to take her to the house and get her something to eat.
Meanwhile, a man is on the phone by the lake at his house. His wife comes out and demands to talk with him about David LaytonNOW. She wants to know where he is. He disappeared four days ago. She told him he wasnt going to get away with it. She knows he didnt quit he never picked up his pay.
Rosa refuses to stay with Stevie at his house. Stevie walks her back to her home on the streets.
That night, the rich couple hears Rosas report on the news. They get the truth from it. They know shes talking about the murder of David Layton. The man hurries and calls his buddies. They had said there were no witnesses.
Hank is at work the next day. Everyone makes fun of Hank and his case with Princess Rosa. Ron has some information for Hank. He found an old book about Princess Rosa. She used to be a movie star. Her real name is Mary Raymond. She was born in Niagara Falls in 1910. She was a big silent movie star. She never knew when the movie ended and real life began.
Hank goes off to investigate her story. Maybe she was telling the truth about Cherry Beach. So, Hank drives down to Cherry Beach to look for clues. Rudy finds something by the bench where Rosa was sleeping. There are some sort of tracks in the sand Hank things they could be helicopter tracks. Is that Rosas spaceship? So, back at the station Ron and Hank do a little investigating. They listen carefully to Rosas TV interview again and pull up the missing persons file. Ron pulls up the David Laytons file. According to the computer, he only has a brother. However, the missing persons report was filed by his sister at that station. Hank asks Connie about it. Connie shows her a picture of Sara Andrews. Her husbands name is Steven Andrews. David Layton worked for him.
So, Hank drives out to the Andrews estate. He has a little trouble getting in, but threatens to come back with a warrant. He waits in the yard for Sara Andrews. Back at the Katts house, Rosa is there telling Stevie one of her stories out on the porch. Stevie knows now that she was talking about movies she used to be in. Just then, the phone rings. Stevie knows thats his mom calling.
While hes in the house talking to her, two men come to get Rosa. Rosa starts yelling. Stevie hears and quickly hangs up the phone. Stevie runs out and grabs her before the men can get her. He takes her inside and slams the door shut. He tells the men that his Uncles a cop.
While this is going on, Hank is waiting to talk to Sara Andrews. She apologizes for making him wait. She was doing her exercises. Hank questions her on David Layton. She doesnt want to tell him anything. Suddenly, a helicopter lands in the yard. Steven Andrews gets out and introduces himself to Hank. He told Hank he hoped he didnt spot a flying saucer around his house. Before Hank can get any further, his pager goes off. Its Connie. Stevies in trouble.
Hank turns the siren on and speeds home to see whats wrong. When he arrives, Stevie runs out of the house and tells him that Rosa snuck out after two men tried to grab her. Hank leaves, having a pretty good idea where she is.
But before he can get to her tent in a junk yard, two men come in and grab her. They force her into their car. She doesnt go with a fight though! Suddenly, they hear sirens and attempt to turn around. Hank is looking for Rosa when he suddenly sees a car trying to get out. He and Rudy take off after the car. Rosa sees them running and pictures a dog with a Calvary patrol coming after them. Hank pulls out his gun. The two men also have guns. As one man tries to shoot Hank, Rudy attacks him. Hank arrests both men.
The story is over! At least thats what Princess Rosa says.
