Joey and the Stuntman (#2.4)
ComedyFan201015 October 2014
Warning: Spoilers
Joey gets a stuntman and makes him do all the crazy things and it gets bad when he gets him drunk. Alex and Joey are photographed together and she needs to come up with what kind of relationship they are having, but is all worried. The script manager Abby really annoys Joey and it gets even wore when she starts dating Michael. She ends it because she thinks that Joey hates her and the only way to get her back is to make her think that Joey has feelings for her.

Well the one fun thing about this episode was Joey wondering if him and Alex will be called Bennifer. It shows how old the episode is but is hilarious for somebody who remembers the celebrity world then.

Abby is annoying as hell, can't stand this character. Hope she won't stay on. The thing with the stuntman reminded me of friends when Joey was trying to make a guy pose as his twin, although pretty different story and also fun enough.

Good silly fun with Joey

Joey gets a stuntman, and treats him poorly, as he spends time learning how to be 'Joey'.

There are some funny moments within that story, but again, Joey is made out to be completely stupid, and a little cruel at times, which the character should never be.

The character of Zach worked well here too, being someone for Joey to talk to onset, and be involved in his misadventures.

The storyline involving Joey getting in the way of Michael's relationship with Abby, the script supervisor was fun too. Matt LeBlanc played these scenes beautifully.

There is a subplot involving Alex as part of the ongoing 'Joey/Alex' love story, but it only serves as proof about how annoying the writers have sadly made this character.

A vast improvement on the last episode, with some funny moments.
