Entertaining fluff, towards the end of Season Three

The cast were heading for the end-of-season party and vacation - and it shows.

Entertaining side-stories (Harm's uniform is mislaid, Bud and Harriet have pre-wedding jitters) but Karrie Turner gives a masterclass example - dealing with the caterer for her wedding - in how to threaten to "go bridal" in the middle of the JAG bull-pen. Big Bud gets put back in his box (partly) but the boorish retired USN Master Chief still causes ructions. Mac applies make-up to help Mikey Roberts hide some evidence.

Fluff, entertaining, and a happy ending in Dress Whites and drawn swords.

Now, who had signed up for Season Four?

Stereotyping of Asians

I personally found this episode insulting and cringeworthy for 2 reasons:

1) the portrayal of the Asian dry cleaner being stupid and acting like an idiot, and being accompanied by equally daft looking daughter with her moronic grin. Do Asian dry cleaners and Asian store owners generally act this way in reality? I think not.

But this was filmed in the mid 90's so I guess it was acceptable back then.

I'm Asian Indian too, hence why it's even more offensive & unbelievable.

2) Big Bud, another annoying, bullish and sexist character that really was not needed or necessary, as is Bud Roberts & Harriett Sims either. They add nothing to the show and provide cheap comedic at best relief...barely.
