Entertaining. Not quite "Happy Families" but we learn more about the characters
hindsonevansmike25 February 2021
Snow causes chaos just before Christmas in this lightweight seasonal episode.

Several new characters drop by, including Harm's next girlfriend Jordan Parker and Mac's "Little Sister" Chloe - whose story becomes complicated before the traditional Christmas happy ending.

Harm and Jordan spark off each other - she reads him well and has him quickly nailed - and eventually move beyond the verbal sparring stage. As Jordie's lawyer, Harm finds an important fact to help defend her against the DuI charge which first brought her into his realm.

The Admiral's Christmas flights arrangements suffer some disruption and the MATS flights help with getting him to Italy for Christmas. Helping with gift deliveries. Harriet and Bud help Santa

Fluffy, fulfilling, not too demanding and quite enjoyable. Plus, Harm will shortly have a new girlfriend for the second half of Season Four.

A Merry JAG Christmas
allmoviesfan17 December 2023
Warning: Spoilers
It is snowing hard in Washington D. C. and causing chaos around the Beltway. Admiral Chegwidden is off on Christmas leave and Harm is in charge. Due to the weather, he sends most of the office home.

When Chegwidden's plane is cancelled, he returns to JAG and finds only Harm, Mac, Budd and Harriet left behind. Then, they are joined by Chloe Madison, a bratty kid who is thoroughly unlikeable at first, who Mac is mentoring in a Little Sister program. The JAG office ends up delivering the young girl some good news.

Bored, Harm takes on a case, that of a Navy psychiatrist, Lieutenant Commander Parker, who was arrested on a DUI after an accident and claims she only had one glass of eggnog.

Bud and Harriett dress up as Santa Claus and an Elf respectively and wrap presents for a charity gift giving program. The scene where Chegwidden discovers them in their festive attire is hilarious. John M. Jackson does facial expressions with the best of them.

A lightweight episode that delivers a happy ending for all concerned, and gives us a better insight into our favourite characters.
