At the beginning of episode 1.10 (Boot) the acting JAG makes mention of the events in this episode which would be impossible since they would not have happened yet. This is because 'Boot' was intended to follow this episode, not precede it. It's also the reason Rabb's rank alternates between Lieutenant Commander and Lieutenant over four episodes. He is promoted at the beginning of this episode.
As an O-5, CDR Krennick should have "scrambled eggs" on her cover.
For reference, "scrambled eggs" means the gold insignia that should be on Commander Krennick's Andrea Thompson cover (hat.) They are called that because of their resemblance to scrambled eggs.
A general court martial requires the judge to be of greater rank than the accused (and is usually a flag officer) and a panel (jury) of at least five officers of equal or greater rank than the accused as military law does not allow someone to sit in judgment over a superior officer. Captain Boone's court martial appears to only have three panel members, and the judge is a Captain, as stated the judge on the case must be a superior officer, in this instance that would mean the judge would have to be at least a Rear Admiral (LH). Only a special court martial has a panel of three officers.
CDR Ted Lindsey's ribbon rack is upside down.
