Pre-Filer is a solid episode, with a good plot. It's the "Dexter" debate, whether a serial killer who takes out evil doers is just another murderer or a hero. Obviously he's a hero and Rebecca knows she should've let Manning kill Comack, but it's a grey area and here in the soon to be variety. Not a fan of this Michael Emerson though, not awful, but it's a short stint. Unfortunately he seems to get roles in quality shows. The sound and city flashes in the opening and cuts, akin to that of "Angel."
