Warning: Spoilers
Funny episode . The conflict starts with a fussy little Ricky but it's the adults that have the most trouble in this episode. Mrs Trumble enters the picture for the first time . She is initially put off by a baby in the apartment building but we know that doesn't last long.

Ethel goes from defending the Ricardo's to Mrs Trumble to being opposed when Lucy doesn't share Ethel's delight in repeating the story several times. Fred gets annoyed by the story too although not saying Lucy is right. Meanwhile Ricky make the point that Lucy should be more grateful. Fred and Ricky push them to make up and they do. They decide to have dinner together and while the women start dinner the guys start defending the other man's wife but end up fighting too when Fred takes offense on Ethel's part . Ricky it seems agrees too much about Ethel getting sickening. Fred " well I'm supposed to get sick of her she's my wife!" Making the point he's loaded with ammunition on Lucy. They run off and hearing the commotion Lucy and Ethel follow. Lucy conducts a similar apology between the guys. They suddenly realize they left the baby alone. They return to find Mrs. Trumble rocking him and has comforted the crying baby.

Warning: Spoilers
The first time I saw this one . I thought the episode was going in a completely different direction. It starts off with a fussy baby who can't fall asleep easily. Lucy and Ethel struggled to get him to sleep while Fred and Ricky succeeded. I thought this was going to be a battle of the sexes .

Instead it quickly turned out to be the episode that gives us Mrs . Trumble who will be the one to take care of Little Ricky so there is always someone around although Ethel, Fred and Ricky will do a fair amount too.

This one leads to a temporary standoff between Ethel and Lucy over Ethel's constant retelling of her defense of the Ricardo's and Lucy growing tired of it. However it's the little battle that eventually leads them to Mrs . Trumble to find the baby alone and brings out her tenderness.

It's actually a pretty funny way Lucy and Ethel fight at the Bridge luncheon and since it doesn't last too long it's just funny to watch.
