While Tony chases his car while it's being driven by his invisible Jeannie, it drives around in a circle in front of a house at the end of the street. This house is more familiarly known as the residence of the Stephens, the main characters from the TV show Bewitched (1964). This isn't surprising since both programs were produced by the same studio and both would use the same facilities.
When Dr Bellows and Tony are talking in the driveway about Tony's driving you can see a mountain in the background. In Florida you wouldn't see any such rise of land.
When talking to her great-grandfather, Jeannie refers to his mistress as "that little belly dancer" and then calls her Tanya more than once. This is likely in honor of Tanya Lemani, the go-to belly dancer for Hollywood casting directors from the 1960s onward. She appeared in The Americanization of Jeannie (1965) and is perhaps best remembered for her role in Star Trek (1966): Wolf in the Fold (1967).
