Jeannie asks Roger how to knit a sweater for Tony. But in Always on Sunday (1966), Jeannie knits a sweater for Tony to go skiing, the only part she blinks is a final sleeve, so she should already know how to make one.
When Tony is handing the potted plant to Alfred it is clear there is no glass in the windows. The leaves pass through where there should be glass.
Tony tells Roger that Jeannie blinked him into a drum major's uniform to celebrate the second anniversary of his promotion to major. However, he was promoted to major in How Lucky Can You Get? (1966) four years earlier, as was Roger.
Just at the end, when Tony is explaining how he lost the pearls, he starts to say something about the goat but changes the wording quickly enough so as to not draw attention to the fact he didn't know the goat was in the house. He only learned about the goat when Jeannie mentioned she bought the goat for the wool. He couldn't have known it was in the house at all.
