- While there is no explicit or implicit sexual conduct in this episode, it should be noted that a teenaged character admits to seducing her biological father while the latter was drunk in order to make him more pliable to her future requests for material things or freedoms. She also admits to doing the same to other people she needed favors from.

- When the girl finds of the diagnosis (that she is actually a male whose testes never developed, she is angry with house and takes off her hospital gown, declaring that she is a girl. Nothing is shown.
