The cold open is the second part of a Tool Time Gadget Corner from Her Cheatin' Mind (1995). Al is seen wiping the bug that Tim shot onto his forehead, from the bug blaster gadget, and it's the old Tool Time set, which was replaced in Oh, Brother (1996).
