When the plane goes over for the drop, it is a man with a large chute leaving the plane. Arms and legs clearly visible. In the next scene, the chute is smaller and the package is clearly box-shaped.
When Hogan opens the envelope of money, LeBeau takes the money and the envelope, and sets the used, somewhat crumpled, envelope down on the table. Cut to a close-up of Hogan, Newkirk, and LeBeau discussing the purpose of the money. Newkirk gets the other three packets of money from LeBeau and picks up the envelope - except the envelope is brand new and never been used. Kinchloe now warns that Klink is coming, and there is a cut to a wider shot while Newkirk tries to hide the money, and the envelope is now crumpled again, and stays so until it is stuffed in the heater.
During the first round of brandy, Mady chugs hers, but Hogan/Beiler fakes it. They put the glasses down, and, in a close-up, Hogan switches the glasses (i.e., he does not drink any, but keeps switching the glasses so Mady drinks it all). Hogan picks up the empty glass with his right hand (closer to Mady, and disguising the fact that it is empty), but, when the scene cuts to a wide shot, the glass is in Hogan's left hand.
After Kinch and Newkirk retrieve the package, and Hogan opens it, Newkirk grabs one small packet of bills off the top of the big stack. The view shifts to a tighter shot, and Newkirk suddenly has two small packets in his hands.
When Hogan/Beiler walks into the restaurant, the menu on the table he sits at is lying flat on the table, and the ashtray is directly opposite where Hogan sits. When the view shifts to a close-up, the ashtray is not directly in front, but is off to Hogan's left, and the corner of the menu is on top of the ashtray.
In the restaurant where Schultz catches Hogan, LeBeau, and Newkirk, there is an oval sign on the back of the seat where Schultz is sitting. It reads across the top: 'Brauerei der', a big 'Lager' in the middle, and the bottom reads 'Stadt Wien' - except that 'wine' in German is 'wein'. The translation of the top and bottom lines is actually 'Brewery of city wine' (assuming the spelling correction). In all probability, the first word on the top line should actually be 'Brauer', which is German for 'Brewer'.
When Hogan, Newkirk, and LeBeau are throwing dirt into Klink's office, from the angle they are located, the dirt would have landed on or in front of the wooden chair by the window in Klink's office, not his desk.
When LeBeau goes into the safe, there are 10 different types of currencies on the shelf, some of different sizes. There should be only one type of currency, with different denominations.
UPDATE: This is not a goof. At its height, Nazi Germany occupied several European countries (or territories of non-occupied countries, such as Britain's Channel Islands), with four countries (Bulgaria, Hungary, Italy, Romania) part of the Axis alliance. Most of them had their own currencies; in the 1940s, there was no common European currency, such as the Euro today. It is actually an informed touch to include other currencies to suggest Nazi Germany's dominance of Europe, which includes seizing their material wealth such as money.

After the explosion a bookshelf falls off the wall in Hogan's room. Behind the bookshelf is a square hole and you can see a hand quickly disappear behind a curtain hanging over the opening.
After the "Heroes" enter the bank vault there is a large amount of mortar and brick debris lying on the shelves. They fit the bricks back into the wall to hide the hole but make no effort to hide the debris. As soon as the money was found missing the hole would have become obvious as would the matching hole in the girl's apartment wall.
During the introduction, there is an explosion. In Hogan's room, the tall cabinet falls away from the wall, but stops falling before it would have hit the table where Hogan is sitting, indicating it was strapped to prevent it from possibly hitting the star of the program.
In the scenes in the cooler, there are shadows of the men from three different angles, some stronger than others. These are from three different sets of stage lighting.
Newkirk and Kinchloe are shown picking up the drop from the plane at night. There is a fade-in to the barracks, with Hogan holding a stuffed envelope - but Newkirk and Kinchloe are just coming up through the tunnel entrance. They could not have handed the envelope to Hogan (where he is) from where they were coming up the ladder.
When Hogan is holding the pipe wrench up to Ludwig Strasser in the hotel room a flash goes off and the sound of a camera's shutter is heard.
When Hogan/Beiler first enters Mady's apartment, the first thing he wants after they sit down is a cup of coffee (the pretense for her to be in the kitchen). Hogan lets Newkirk and LeBeau into the apartment, and they go right to the bedroom and get to work on the wall. When they are cutting the paneling, suddenly Hogan and Mady are drinking the brandy that Hogan brought - with no indication of having any coffee, which is never mentioned or even hinted at for the rest of the time Hogan and the guys are in Mady's apartment.
During the introduction, after the explosion, Kinchloe comes up out of the tunnel. He indicates the only thing damaged was the radio. Hogan responds by telling Kinchloe that they need to listen to that BBC broadcast tonight. Kinchloe tells Hogan, "That radio ain't broadcasting nothing to nobody today." The fact that the radio can't be used to broadcast does not necessarily mean that it cannot be used to receive transmissions. Kinchloe should have told Hogan, "That radio ain't receiving nothing from nobody today."
When Klink comes into the barracks and interrupts the gang after they hide the money, Hogan is still holding the note that came with the money in plain view. He would never have taken the chance that Klink would confiscate the note and read about the money and its purpose.
The message says there will be a parachute drop "tonight, 9:23." Being a military unit the message should certainly have said "tonight (or today) at 2123 hours."
