This episode has never been seen on air since its first and only network broadcast. CBS did not repeat it and it was excluded from syndication. According to Joan Taylor (widow of series creator Leonard Freeman), speaking to fans at the 1996 Five-O convention, someone tried the yoga-related hanging technique depicted in the episode and died. As a result of litigation, the episode was not rebroadcast and was never included in any syndication packages and DVD releases. However, in 2010, a new bootleg copy of this episode surfaced from an original 16mm print.
