When the ambulance is traveling from the airport through downtown Honolulu, the state capitol building is shown in front of the ambulance, then the ambulance turns on to the highway, and in the next scene, the state capitol building is shown with the ambulance driving towards (in front of the ambulance) it again.
The tourists in Professor Pierces group are all wearing leis on the plane when ready to leave Hawaii. Leis are usually given when tourists arrive, not when they leave.
During the "Hit" at the hospital, the gunman puts a silencer on a revolver. Silencers don't work with revolvers.
Each person is given $7,500 in traveler's checks. Since the stole $750,000 they would only need 100 people, not the 150 they said were present. If they gave $7,500 to 150 people, the total would be $1,125,000.

The secretary begins typing the lists after 5:05 pm, probably closer to 5:10pm. She is sealing the last envelope at 6:30 pm., which means she typed for about 80 minutes. There is a stack of at least 80 or 90 sealed envelopes next to her. Assuming it is 80 then she would have to have loaded her typewriter, typed a list, put it in an envelope and sealed the envelope in ONE MINUTE. Even if it were only 60 envelopes, it would mean she completed the task in a minute and a half. It would be physically impossible to work at that pace, especially for 80 minutes.
The first scene was supposedly to have taken place at a highway outside of Denver, Colorado. The car used in the first scene has a Hawaii license plate on the front, but when the rear of the car is shown (opening the trunk), the Colorado plate is clearly shown.
