When Monica runs out of the bathroom because Joey barged in on her, the back closet next to the balcony is open, revealing an organized closet with clothes. In The One with the Secret Closet (2002), Chandler discovers the locked closet that was packed full of junk, and Rachel said it was never opened when she lived there.
Joey Sr. mentions taking the ferry back and forth to Manhattan, suggesting that he lives in Staten Island. In later episodes, it is noted that Joey's family lives in Queens.
When they're all sitting together and having pizza, talking about their parents, Rachel has no napkin. When she says "Just think, in a couple of years we get to turn into them", a bunched up napkin appears beside her on the couch. After Chandler's remark, it has disappeared again only to reappear again between shots.
The arrangement of Joey and Chandler's bathroom changes. In this episode the shower is opposite the door, but in other episodes, the sink is opposite the door. It is likely that this was to facilitate the filming of the scene where Monica walks in on Joey's dad showering.
Joey is struggling with the sofa-bed. When Joey's mom visits the apartment, she gives the sofa-bed a tiny push and it folds away easily.
This is not a goof but a funny way to show Joey's mother strength and will-power.

As Phoebe and Roger leave the apartment for the movies, Ross and Monica throw cookies at the door, despite Monica's obsessive compulsive personality. However, Monica has overlooked her compulsive neatness when she is in an emotional state; for example, she stomped on Paul the Wine Guy's watch and left it on the floor in the pilot. It likely she cleaned up the cookies shortly after throwing them.
Despite catching a glimpse of her breasts in this episode, Chandler later asks Joey what Rachel's breasts looked like when he caught her breastfeeding in The One Where No One Proposes (2002), although this may be attributed to the length of time that elapsed between now and then.
When Joey is wondering whether or not he'd be able to "go the distance" with the right girl, Chandler makes a comment about Joey's Dad being a pipe fitter. Later in the series and in "Joey", it's revealed that his Dad has really been a plumber for over 30 years.
However, plumbers and pipe fitters are have some similarities in duties and Joey might not have thought necessary to correct his friend.

When Joey's dad enters the apartment to find that Ronni has come to give him his "good hair", Joey closes the door behind him, and you can see it closed in a couple more shots. Then, when Ronni suggests leaving and then says, "Where am I gonna stay, here?", the camera angle changes to Joey and the door is suddenly still open, and he closes it again.
The audio of some of Rachel's lines when she confronts Chandler for seeing her naked is off by just a split second.
