I'm fascinated that no one has reviewed this episode. It closes out the Third Season. Roz and Frasier recall the first day on the job--not pretty. Frasier is returning to his origins and is really stiff and frightened in his new role as a radio host. He literally falls off his chair. We see his first encounter with Niles at the coffee shop and a reunion with his dad. Things have not been smooth these past years and the tension is thick. It's nice to see how human he can be when he puts aside his pretentiousness. We also get a first look at Martin and his issues and disappointments. A good ending to the show going into Season 4.

I did like the idea of the epi, but imo it does not make a lot of sense how the characters could have acted so differently in only 3 years. It was however touching how Frasier opened up to his dad, felt very sincere.
