Bulldog pulls a prank on Frasier and Frasier vows to get revenge on the sports guy. But it isn't that simple and other factors enter in. Frasier creates a monstrous practical joke. There is a secondary plot involving adult behavior and a really homely little boy who battles Daphne's mother.

Frasier is deeply motivated to best Bulldog in the prank department after being humiliated once again. The frustration is palpable as he tries to give Bulldog a taste of his own medicine. But, Frasier may be outclassed. Meanwhile, Gurtrude proves herself to be the intellectual equal of a destructive, eight-year-old neighbor bent on chaos. Frasier takes his pranking to an unprecedented level. Buckle your seat belt, and don't look away. They broke out of their mold for this one. Some scenes may not be suitable for young children.

Warning: Spoilers
Remember when 'Frasier' was the smartest sitcom on TV?
Those days are long gone based on this silly affair.
It's like they're trying really, really hard to capture the magic of what made the show work during its first glorious seven years, but completely missing the target in the process.
They brought back Bulldog, this should have been great, but it just isn't. It's silly, it's not overly well-written, and once again it doesn't paint its central character in a great light.
The B plot could have offered up something different, but no, it's the same basic premise as the A only with different characters.
The tenth series has not started well.
