During the opening scene Lillith (Bebe Neuwirth) comments on Albert's (Brent Spiner) pale appearance. Albert replies, "I'm always this pale." This is probably a reference to Spiner's character Data from "Star Trek: The Next Generation (1987)," whose makeup also featured very pale skin.
Brent Spiner is one of the few actors to appear on both "Frasier" and "Cheers." In the latter, he played the small role of Bill Grand in the Season 5 episode "Never Love a Goalie: Part 2 (1987)."
During coffee with Frasier, Niles says the words "Yes, indeed" while describing Daphne's special photo. In the background behind Frasier, the female extra in the red blouse appears to be mouthing the exact same words.
When looking at the nipple photo for the first time, Niles says that it looks like the eye of Jupiter. That feature is more commonly known as the Great Red Spot.
The wall sconce light in the doctor's office is the same one used in the KACL seminar room in the previous episode, "The Harassed".
