Quite Harsh

I have to say that for much of this series I've wanted Roz and Frasier to get together. With his new relationship with the other woman, Roz is suddenly cast adrift. Roz is deeply hurt but won't say why. We all know the reason, but pride gets in the way. As we head for the final season, some questions will be answered.

Warning: Spoilers
A lot I liked about the show, in particular, putting in some drama, conflict that might last a few episodes... The first bit of drama In the series since Niles and Daphne have gotten married... And I think that the drama does not necessarily exist between Frasier, Roz, and Julia... But the conflict exists within Roz herself... Be interesting to see where this leads.

However, many other things bothered me during the show that made me want to give it a lower rating... Primarily - and it's been bothering me for the last 2 or 3 seasons - how easily humor is openly made in the workplace regarding Roz's sex life... I still laugh - but uncomfortably... And in real life nowadays, Bulldog and Noel and others would be long gone for harassment. (Tjn - 09/21/2022)

A New Position for Roz

Warning: Spoilers
Other than a very cringy and prolonged unpleasant section in which Roz's sex life is discussed at length (that would never be allowed today), this is a decent if rather unspectacular end to the tenth series of the show.

The writers don't seems to know what they want to do with the Roz/Frasier dynamic at this point, so send the latter off into the arms of the very annoying Julia character (played by Felicity Huffman on very annoying form).

It's an important episode, but not a very well-written one unfortunately.

Overall, I think the tenth series of 'Frasier' has been a marked improvement on the last couple, with some very good episodes along the way. When it has been bad though it has been dire.
