A good Season 3 episode. A runaway baby carriage is heading for an amusement park. Barney is the one that saves the baby. A crowd mistakes Fred for the hero, he ends up with his picture in the paper. An interesting moment is when Fred admits he was yachting with the President (a reference to JFK). Later Fred is haunted by his conscience.
