  Eddie Winslow : [looks at it in disgust]  What's that?

  Estelle 'Mother' Winslow : Mashed turnips and bacon.

  Eddie Winslow : I don't see no bacon!

  Estelle 'Mother' Winslow : I only used the drippings. I can get another meal off that meat. That's why it's called a Depression!
