Interesting episode with lots of social commentary on body dysmorphia. Oddly enough, this one has become more relevant as time passes. Lots of truth still being spat from this episode.

I really enjoy this episode. I feel terrible for Chris because it's so horrible for people to be tormented because of their weight.
In this episode, Chris gets teased, tortured and tormented because of his weight, so he decides to go on a diet and start exercising, using Peter as his coach. Peter decides it would just be easier if Chris got liposuction, but Chris doesn't want the surgery. Peter ends up getting it and he looks completely different, and creepy, when he has lost the weight. Meanwhile, Stewie tries to tease Chris with food, but he ends up getting overweight himself.
Best part of the episode: When Stewie gets fat.
Worst part of the episode: When Peter thinks liposuction is an easy-fix solution.
Overall, I give this episode an 8 out of 10, which in my ratings book is: Awesome.

After Chris feels bad about his weight Peter decides to help him lose weight but later in the episode Peter gets liposuction and becomes a jerk.
I don't really like these types of episodes but this episode is way too funny to care I like how stewie gets fat for taunting Chris and the ending is great with Meg complementing Chris and Peter crashing his car because he kept looking at the mirror.

Wish the liposuction and plastic surgery didn't happen so easily. There should've been money problems and more conflict involved.
Kind of liked that exclusive pretty person club Peter went to.
It's nice that Lois doesn't like the new Peter's body.
Peter should've just exercised and ate better with Chris instead of doing that.
Having a near death experience with falling into Lard seems kind of a creative way to end the whole liposuction and plastic surgery stuff.
