I love this series, it's one of my all time favorite shows, but this particular episode has always bothered me. We rarely ever hear of Debra having a sister. We see her parents an appropriate amount, but there's only one episode for Debra's sister and I don't recall hearing of her again after that. I personally hate when shows do this. It would have been better if Debra were an only child. I realize the sister didn't need to be a big character on the show, but to go from barely mentioning her in the entire series to one episode centralizing on her and the relationship with Debra felt so forced and fake.
