When Ray brings home the take-out and sets it on the table, he starts to open one bag. It then cuts to Debra and back to Ray, and he is now taking off his jacket and the bag is neatly closed again.
When Marie and Alda argue, at about 13:31 Marie raises both hands, then lowers her left. In the next shot, her left hand is raised again and her expression has changed.
