The alleged goof says that in one scene (or part of the scene) the doc's car doesn't have a license plate, then a little later it has a plate. The plate wasn't visible at first when the bicycle was in the back of the car because that year BMW X5 has a 2-part, upper/lower tailgate. The lower part, which has the license plate on it, was retracted, so the plate wasn't visible. Then, when the tailgate was closed completely, the license plate became visible.
