It is Christmas time and once again all the miracles are happening. The story about a boy who got brain hemorrhage and the girl who had the same rare type as him and would survive due to liver transplant was a very good one. Poor mother (very well performed by Laurie O'Brien) of that guy, but I liked how Lucy handled the situation as well as saying that Carter should not give too much credit to god for it and him joking that she is his tool.
The episode also had some funny moments. There is of course the grumpy elf but also the big guy who ended up blending the whole Christmas meal thinking that its is more healthy because it is blended.
