In this episode we get once again put before a question of whether trying to save one life which would take a lot of budget that could have helped others is ethical. It is a conflict between Luka and Pratt. Very well developed and acted as well. Sure some people disagree but I am with Pratt here. If one has a slight chance of survival one would want the doctor to help all he can and not be sacrificed. Pratt is right that Luka has a very different way of thinking about it after going to Congo.
