Susan is back! I remember when she left in one of the earlier seasons I didn't think that she is gone forever. But by now I already wasn't thinking that she will be back, so it was an interesting surprise. While I am sad Dave is gone, having Susan back is a great addition. Will be interesting to see how it will be from now on.

Dr. Chen ended up having to resign because of the mistake that killed a patient. I am not sure why she is mad at Dr. Weaver. Thee only reason some tried to make it her responsibility was because Dr. Chen still wasn't eligible to be a chief resident because of not having worked enough days based on her maternity leave, but this was a favour Kerry did for her, and the mistake was indeed Chen's. So Carter may be chief resident now, that would be awesome. The show started when he was just a new student and now he is already that far.

An incompetent physician finally resigned

Warning: Spoilers
An incompetent physician finally resigned after being suspended. The conclusion to suspend "Deb" was correct, even though the motivation (Weaver covering her own liability) was unethical. Either way, it was a decision to ultimately benefit the patients.
