The main story in this episode would be the HIV one about Jeanie. It is now going into new developments as Mark finds it out in a pretty unethical manner and now wants to keep her away from working with patients. We'll see how it goes now, one really feels for Jeanie and hopes that she will make it and be able to do her work. At the same time it seems Mark is like this now because of Susan leaving so I am kind of hoping that he is just letting it out on the wrong person and will see his mistake soon.
Other than that it was mainly easygoing, not very strong stories and it just feels that more is about to come.
