You read the caption right, but don't worry, it's not true. I love this episode, mainly for the Joey storyline, but the rest is also very entertaining.
In this episode, Jen's ex-boyfriend, Billy convinces Dawson and Pacey to go on a road trip with him, instead of going to school. But this doesn't end well. Meanwhile, Joey gets a ride to school by a guy, who tells all of his friends, and therefor the entire school, that they had sex. Jen comes up with a way to get back at him. Joey tells Abby that she's pregnant and that he won't help her in any way. So every girl in the school now hates him. But now everyone thinks Joey's pregnant. Maybe not the smartest move. Maybe getting an STD would've been better. At the end, the guy even asks Joey out, like she'd go out with him, ever, but especially not now.
Overall, I give this episode an 8 out of 10, which in my ratings book is: Awesome.
