Good episode, on this bonus season.

Warning: Spoilers
Rewatching season 8, made me realize what was really wrong about it. It's clearly a continuation of the show, and is apart from previous seasons concerns, and must be watched as such, to be genuinely enjoyable. Episodes 3 to 6 were decent fillers, in which important events occurred. But like I said, it's not a season you should take into account with the rest of the series, so see it as a bundle of new adventures, for people who couldn't let the show go. Phoebe's obsession with that boring character Dex, was going nowhere, so I'm glad it was nipped in the bud, so she can concentrate on more important things instead. Billie's backstory was one of the reasons I hated season 8, the first time. That Christy storyline is dead weight, and dragged the season down. Writers should've made it look more plausible, for this « fourth » sister's presence to make sense. Out of the four episodes, « Run, Piper, Run », was the one I enjoyed the most. And as far as this one is concerned, it's worth mentioning, for bringing back Paige's father, and giving her real closure with him. Leo and Piper switching bodies, was done to death, but it's always funny to watch. Phoebe being called out on her whim, was a very satisfying moment as well.

The One Where People Are Trapped In A Photo...

Warning: Spoilers
I love this episode. I just love it. It's so interesting and such a good idea for an episode. It's one of my favorite episodes from Season 8.

In this episode, a demon is keeping people trapped in a photo. Someone escapes and Sam, Paige's whitelighter father, goes to the sisters to help him. This man was on his way to becoming a future whitelighter, but went missing in 1955, fifty years ago, as of this episode. They find him and take him back to the manor to look after him. J.D., the man, is confused about everything he sees. Billie is assigned to take care of him, but then he knocks her out and runs away. He finds out that his parents are dead, which was depressing, but expected. And when he finds out that people are in danger because of him, he finds the photographer demon, and sacrifices himself, to save everyone else.

Overall, I give this episode a 9 out of 10.
