The bloodstained cloth that Paige holds to her injured shoulder changes form several times throughout the episode. When Paige uses it, it is a small plain white tissue. When Phoebe picks it up to use in a spell, it is a handkerchief with embroidered pink flowers. When Leo brings it to Piper in the manor kitchen, it's a small plain white vest top. When Piper stirs it into her potion dish, it is a thick striped napkin with a pattern of square holes along the edges.
The amount of mud on Chris' shirt from when he got Piper from the restaurant to when they went into the living room.
Phoebe claims that Piper has dated a demon, a warlock, and a ghost in the past. Piper was engaged to Jeremy, who was a warlock, but never officially dated Mark Chao, a ghost who appeared in season 1. Piper and Mark only knew each other for 1-2 days, and then Mark was sent into the afterlife. Piper has never dated a demon.
There is a framed photo of Olivia Callaway on the fireplace mantle of the Montana's mansion. It is highly unlikely that the Montana's would allow for the photo to be displayed, considering the Montanas and Callaways have been feuding for years and hate each other.
Paige is injured in her right shoulder by an energy ball whilst playing pinochle at the Callaway house. She goes back to Halliwell manor to treat her wound, and returns to the front of the Callaway house some hours later wearing a clean shirt, with her wound covered and no longer bleeding. When the Callaways fire an energy ball at the gate, Richard Montana pushes Paige out of its path and she is not hit by it. Yet in the next scene, she is inside the Montana home holding a cloth to her now bleeding-again right shoulder, an identical wound and bloodstain to her original energy ball injury. This does not make chronological or plot sense.
At the end of the episode, Piper confronts Leo about finalizing their separation by filing for divorce and making it "legal". Piper and Leo, however, aren't legally married. They participated in a magical hand-fasting ceremony in season 3, which was officiated by Penny Halliwell (Grams). Although the marriage is considered legal in the magical world, it is not in the mortal world, due to Leo and Grams' status as being legally dead.
