I love this episode. It is absolutely fantastic. I can't tell you how much I love it, I'll try, but I won't full succeed. I just love the superhero aspect of it, just like is Season 5's episode where the sisters are drawn as superheroes.
In this episode, Homeland Security puts Phoebe and Billie to work, trying to see if they get any hunches to whether a case is magically involved or not. Billie, complaining about men, puts on a magical belt, that transforms her into a superhero. At first she's fine, but then the belt takes her over, making her create a battle of the sexes. Hence, the title of this episode, see, she was hexed, get it? Anyway, wanting to get rid of men altogether, Billie is approached by a demon, who is happy to try and convince her to do so. Billie gets very upset when the sisters try to get the belt off her, which doesn't work anyway. In the end, they manage to get the belt off of her, put it on the demon, which kills her, before any man actually got hurt.
Fun Fact: This is the first time we meet Paige's future husband, Henry Mitchell.
Overall, I give this episode a 10 out of 10.
