Making Their Own Reality Game Show
ccthemovieman-123 November 2006
Bored with just playing the same video game? Well, these U. of Miami college students were, so decide to make the game "Urban Hellraisers" a real-life event.

That begins with holding up a bank, shooting a teller, taking the money but then discarding it. Next up is an adventure with a helicopter and then breaking into the CSI building to steal evidence.

Along the way the "players' get caught or shot themselves and others are hurt. It turns out to be a pretty wild episode, even with a little soap opera along the way involving Calleigh and a male friend.

Another interesting and colorful show.

A Grand Theft Auto nod, pretty good episode.

First of all, before you criticize me, I want to say that this episode is great because I love video games, mostly the Grand Theft Auto series. The plot is of the episode is pretty good. Horatio and the CSI team are investigating a string of robberies that are committing all over the Miami metropolitan area after playing a video game called "Urban Hellraisers", which is basically a nod to the GTA games. Awesome episode in my opinion.

The best

Warning: Spoilers
Probably the best episode of any show on tv ever. Demonstrates the dangers of videogames in a realistic manner. Eg, if you game you'll lose touch with reality and become violent. Also if you game you'll just play until you die. Awesome. One gamer (who lost touch with reality and became a violent murderer) even paused during a bank robbery to attempt a rape. Watch this episode with the kids so they can see first hand the dangers of gaming. CSI Miami is a great documentary on policing and this episode is #1!

Warning: Spoilers
So, a group of university students gets bored by a video game, and go to rob banks. 'mkay, maybe a bit clichéd (videogames are evil, they make you kill people and rob banks - seriously, if I'd do things based on my video game experiences, I'd go dragon hunting, not bank robbing), but can pass as a weak episode. And then, oh boy. "We have to know their next target, let's question their makers!" - they said, and they did so. But darn, the maker remained silent as he's not allowed to tell because it would harm the big bad businessmen's right or something. Where do I begin? First, when you want to know about the game, you find the programmers, not the businessmen who made it. They will probably be more helpful. And they'll gladly speak about their games' story ESPECIALLY IF IT'S BEEN OUT FOR A COUPLE OF EFFIN MONTHS OR EVEN YEARS! And this is the point we have to ask: is the internet non-existent in the world of CSI? I mean, come on, the episode was made in 2006 - you only have to type into Google the words "Bad GTA Clone walkthrough/guide/missions", and hundreds, maybe thousands of such things will be in front of you. You don't need to play it. Just...go and read an effin website. This made it weak. Really, really weak.

Worst episode EVER!
joey_pesci12 September 2006
What the hell where they thinking? Blaming American violence on computer games, again. Not only that, but the technology, like the glass' with the overlay of the CSI building, used in this episode was laughable.

The kids at the Uni' as apparently playing a computer game like GTA. They get bored of playing it so go out and rob banks for real, but in a stupid way. This episode is so laughable it's shocking. What where they thinking? Are they running out of ideas. This has to be the most stupid episode ever known to man.

This has to go down in CSI history as the worst episode, EVER!
