Ugh

There are a few poor episodes of the Bionic Woman, true, and I do like the show, true, but this one is the worst of them all.

In the episode, a meteor from space takes control of people by emitting a high frequency sound that makes them part of its instincts (with the help of some scenes shamelessly ripped off from 'The Andromeda Strain'). Now, some good episodes have come of ripoffs (such as the fabulous Doomsday is Tomorrow, in which Jaime battles the supercomputer Alex 7000 who acts and sounds exactly like HAL 9000)

However, in this terrible example of the show, Jaime spends the entire episode mewling and squealing like a "helpless girl" not like the independent woman she is through the entire rest of the show, epitomized by the moment when she trips over her own bionic feet and falls as ALL movie heroines fall when they try to run. It's embarrassing to watch this.. Makes you wonder how it got picked up as an episode without some kind of rewrite. There is no similarity between the character as portrayed in the entire rest of the show, and the simpering whiny baby she acts like in this one.

Not a bad episode one of my all time fave episodes.some of the editing was bad.they are suppose to be all alone on a island air base.yet in one scene when jaime sees the people coming toward her u can see automobiles goin by in the distance.other times when jaime uses her bionic ear the scene of her doesnt matchup with what shes wearing at that moment and the hairstyle is way different.

Dull and Repetitive

Well, this is the weakest episode of TBW I've seen so far. The writers didn't earn their money on this one. There was potential there, but the writers took the easy way out. And so did the director. Poor Lindsey runs around screaming "Michael! Michael!" about 500 times. She seems totally unprepared to be a Bionic secret agent. No excuse for that. Again, that's the writers fault. Hopefully the next episode is better.
