The particular cat in this episode and in "Ling Ling (1965)", is said to have been Elizabeth Montgomery's own Siamese cat, named Zip Zip
The title is from 1920's American slang.
Endora purposely bungles Darrin's name again: Donald.
Two Siamese Cats are the only non-human animals to appear on "Bewitched" so far.
Upon reflection, The Stephens have seen a client turned into a mangy poodle in one episode; Siamese cat and Endora as a pelican in another episode.
A solid argument can be made that "Ling-Ling" (aka, "Puss-Puss" Gladys Kravitz called the cat) is the cat from "The Cat's Meow" (January 21, 1965.) Darrin brings home the cat from the dock which he thinks is Samantha. It being not the case, the Siamese cat is never returned, kept or it runs off being a feral cat. Ling-Ling the woman explained a life of living on scraps.
In short, only two Siamese cats ever make it inside the Stephens Home. It is likely the same cat from a prior episode.
