It seems incidental when viewers seen Aunt Clara's bag and umbrella arrive at the Stephen's Front door, behind them, their front yard, wide street and houses along the opposite side of the street. This being a sound stage shoot.
However, for the full eight years, the Bewitched Production company never decided if there were houses or trees up and down their street. Off the sound stage, outdoor shots on the "Columbia Ranch" showed the "Columbia Ranch" Park across their street.
Yet, viewers witnessed Gladys Kravitz admit she lives across the street from the Stephens House in "A Strange Little Visitor" (December 02, 1965.)
In short, viewers seen Aunt Clara's stuff arrive at the Stephen's Door with houses off in the distance, but whether there was houses or a park across the street depended on how the winds blew when they filmed.
