Hazardous to Your Health (#5.18)

Wow, this story of finding Suzanne and Kevin was as soap operish as it can get or what? It sure did bring some laughter thanks to the Jonesie guy who was helping them to find everything and also really getting on Dylan's nerves. It was also fun to add Valerie into the story and have her go on the adventure with them all. Erica was getting on my nerves. Just like Dylan's protectiveness towards her. I liked when they met and discovered each other as siblings but all that nonsense of Erica betraying her mother for some brother she barely knows was silly, just as her in this episode. I thought this kid acted well but in this episode it was probably hard for her to do anything good. The whole shooting, arresting scene was hilarious which I don't think it was suppose to be. And let's see what Dylan will do with Erica now.

Makes no logical sense

Dylan is supposed to be worth at least 100 million.

But somehow, ALL his money is stolen from him, and when it's recovered, he only gets 4 million back (because he has to split half with an ex-FBI agent).

So we assume around 8 million was stolen.

Then after this episode, Dylan is living like he's worth over 100 million again.

How can the writers have such a glaring inconsistency????

This is a response to another review on here. Based on Season 3 Episode 21, Dylan's trust was worth $10 million, not $100 million. Not sure where $100 million comes into play unless he made that in interest before it was stolen.

The storyline with Dylan feels a little like a soap opera, especially how it all ends in the end of the series. Dylan's character goes through so much and it feels kind of unreal compared to all the other characters. He has it rough from the beginning of the series to the very end.

When I think about him dying at 52 in real life, it makes it even more tragic. He was a fan favorite and I enjoy watching reruns of the show. Even if it is a little much at times.

I did not like the episode because Dylan did not get back his money. But two greedy assholes did by the name of J J Jones and Valerie got his money. That is why I do not like this episode. Which includes the Characters of J J Jones and Valerie. I Would Prefer Dylan With Kelly for this season. Which is why this season is the weakest one for me. I am glad some of the bad guys got what they deserved. But two got off free for taking money that does not belong two them. I am happy Dylan's sister got saved. I did not like seeing Kelly fall into the cult. I always thought that Kelly was stronger than that.Which is why I have given this episode a low rating.
