I don't really get Brenda and why she was mad at Dylan who supported her during pregnancy scare more than most guys that age would, nor why she did break up with him. This whole I love you, but I need a break thing is a bit ridiculous. But then again the show is a bit of a teenage soap opera so such things as well as that very silly scene between the two in the school hall are to be expected.

And Brandon gets a new job. I am actually surprised he had all that trouble with running and swimming, he always seemed so athletic to me. The story is nor surprising at all. It is the usual Brandon doing the right thing. Maybe one day he will surprise us.

23 Years Later It is Still Good

I loved this show as a kid and twenty-three years later, it came back on in the holidays. Surprisingly I still love it. This episode is fun to watch. Brenda (Shannon Doherty) struggles with pregnancy scare which changes her outlook of Dylan (Luke Perry). Brandon (Jason Priestly) gets a new job at ritzy beach club and the script writers are still going with that "good kid in a bad town" theme. Both actors are believable and charismatic. The rest of the cast are also very good and it's fun to watch the clothes and the things of the time. (The father is wearing suspenders). A real mix of comedy and drama, it is hilarious when Dylan picks up Brenda and she has the pregnancy test in her hands. Luke Perry is actually very funny. It has some nice messages too and is definitely worth a second look.
