A Presumption of Innocence (#3.11)
ComedyFan20102 November 2015
Warning: Spoilers
A very good episode about sexual abuse. Sue accuses Gil of sexually assaulting her. And people from the school try to figure out what happened. It is pretty well done as I was watching not sure how it will end and also not sure what I would like more. They managed to bring both possibilities, Sue was indeed a victim but not of Gil. And it is pretty great how they find it out as well as details that come with it, such that Gil had a student committing suicide before.

In this pretty serious episode we have the comic relief come with the story of Brandon going to dance for Nikki and David coming over for a "guy thing", to give him dancing lessons.

Gil Meyers gets accused of sexual assault with a student. Pam Scanlon makes a second appearance.
Xerces883 January 2008
This episode primarily revolves around a sexual assault accusation involving seedy Gil Meyers and Sue Scanlon (Dead Scott's sister).

Brandon and Andrea have conflicting beliefs about the truth regarding the accusation.

The highlight of this episode was the visit from Pam Scanlon. She has had me in stitches both times she has appeared on the show.

The mystery surrounding the sexual assault accusation deserves some merit, I guessed back and forth until the truth was revealed. The episode dealt with the issue better than I had thought would.

An above average episode of 92010.
