A classic sci-fi dilemma.
Animany942 June 2019
The question of artificially intelligent technology going renegade isn't very original, but it's still exciting to see how different renditions portray such dilemmas.

Batman Beyond did it well, not that it's a brand new thing never seen before, but it's exciting enough to make a memorable episode. The synthoid, Zeta, was programmed to replace its victims as a tool of the government, but started developing its own morals and therefore disobeyed its orders which leads it to run from the agents trying to re-capture it.

How Terry and Maxine cope with the synthoid and wether to trust it or not is filled with excitement and conflicts. A good watch. It spawned a spin-off series I haven't watched yet, but still have in mind.
