Harry the police officer is introduced in this episode, and begins his relationship with Sandy. Jean expresses concern that the new neighbors will be all-night ravers, or even worse inconsiderate people who throw their cigarette butts over the fence. Still, a nice ending at the end with Alistair attempting to rescue Jean and Lionel from having their in-laws as neighbors.
