- Rather vulgar slang is present: Two aliens are named "DP" and "Skeeter", which are used multiple times, and one of them elaborates that it stands for "Donkey Puncher". He also claims that "Some folks call me Big D P."
- Frequent sexual references. This includes terms such as "Ho-bag", "Rubber", and "Sausage Party", and innuendo, such as an alien claiming that a woman is "like a moped, fun to ride until your friends see you."
- An alien accidentally cuts his own tentacle off trying to cop a feel: "Where's my probe (Esca organ)? / You stuck it in that laser because you thought it was some girl's breast or something. / Did I feel her up, bro?"
- An alien goes on a comically homoerotic rant: "What else is open besides... your mouth, when you're like, kissing on some gay dude and like, holding his muscles cause his arms are just like, wrapped around you and you feel like so safe cause you're like, you know, not that you're gay or nothing but god, you just want to like bury yourself in his chest and just, live there forever?"

- Some moderate language: 2 uses of "Bitch", and a middle finger gesture (as well as a reference to 'flipping him some birdage').
- Implied language: 1 use of "GDI" (As in 'God-damn idiot'), and 1 use of "D" (As in 'dick').
- One *very* partially bleeped use of "Fuck": "Fu*bleep*k off".
- Mild homophobia: Shake mocks Meatwad for being "Bi-curious" and snides that he rolls "Just like a woman". Meatwad is later seen wearing spandex with a leather hat to prove his manliness, to which shake calls him "Full-blown gay".
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

- Very frequent, often strong alcohol references: Aliens as part of a fraternity drive around drunk, with bottles of beer and kegs floating around. They drink to the point of slurring, vomiting, and blacking out. They also force a person to constantly drink as part of 'pledge week' to the point of unconsciousness. One alien also reveals he drank so much he dropped out of college and forgot his real name. This behavior, while presented comedically, is not encouraged or glamorized.
- Occasional, indirect marijuana references: A fleeting reference to "Having the munchies", "Waking and baking", and asking if someone's "holding" (Frylock refuses).
