Barney Fife : Go on, you try that now! It never misses! Is she comin'?
[Opie looks around the corner and nods]
Barney Fife : [softly] Go on! Try it! Go on!
Opie Taylor : [off camera] You're lucky! You play your cards right and you get to walk with me!
Thelma Lou : [off camera] Well, I'll take you up on that!
Opie Taylor : Thanks, Barney!
Thelma Lou : Hi, Barney! I was just on my way to pick you up for our soda.
Opie Taylor : Wanna come along, too, Barney?
Barney Fife : [chagrinned] No, thanks.
