I became a fan of The A-Team (one wonders if Jerry Seinfeld would ponder, "Do we say 'The The A-Team' or 'The A-Team'") when it debuted in 1982 to much fanfare and explosive popularity. I wasn't a big fan of Colonel Decker because he seemed way too incompetent and he didn't reflect on his failures to capture The A-Team. Thankfully famous character actor Lance LeGault was brought in to add more discipline as Colonel Decker. Colonel Decker commanded the screen, and you knew that the A-Team would have to work overtime to escape the clutches in time for their next adventure. In this episode, Colonel Decker is introduced.

Warning: Spoilers
The first of a two-part A-TEAM story concerning cattle rustling on the Mexican border and in particular the slaughter of a rare and protected species. This story is noticeable for introducing a new long-running antagonist to the series, namely Colonel Decker, replacing the hitherto ineffective Lynch who had been chasing the boys since the first episode. It's very much an average story overall, and the fact you have to wait an episode for the pay-off spoils it slightly.

When the van is pulled out of the water, it is clearly visible that the passenger window is open - yet when the door is opened (to look inside) the van is almost completely dry (minus "some" water dripping from the ceiling). This would only be possible if all windows were closed.
