When t Hannibal jumps the motorcycle over the cars, it is a totally different motorcycle. It starts out as a Honda CB-750 which has a large front disc brake. The motorcycle going over the cars has a small disc brake and does not have the 750's 4 cylinder engine.
The plane that Amy and Murdoch ditch is a DC-3 yet the plane shown crashing in the water is a different model - appears like footage from a WW2 era fighter crash. Water color and film grain is also different.
There is no way they could have flown from California to Borneo in one or even to DC-3's. The DC-3. The DC-3 has a standard range of 1500 miles. A flight from Los Angeles to Borneo is approximately 8,000 miles. The DC-3 is not capable of carrying enough fuel to fly that far, and it is not capable of in-air refueling.
in the beginning Hannibal Smith escapes on his motorcycle. It is obvious from long distance shots that the stunt man is riding the motorcycle instead of Smith.
During the escape Hannibal jumps RaShaam. In this shot you can see the stuntdouble's face.
When Face is trying to get his bonds off by rubbing them to the front of an army truck, a Dutch flag is visible on the driver's side front of the truck. Obviously this is an old Dutch army truck, used for this scene.
The N-number (N26MA) on the DC-3 when Murdock is taking off is reversed, most likely to disguise that it is the same plane Hannibal and the rest of the A-Team took off in.
