Colonel Briggs steps in temporarily

Warning: Spoilers
I became an instant fan of The A-Team when it debuted in 1982, and the first three or so seasons were must see TV before Must See TV was launched by NBC. Anyway, I wondered at the time what happened to Colonel Decker, as Charles Napier (who later appeared in Silence of the Lambs) played Colonel Briggs, who was on the hunt for The A-Team. Anyway, I learned on the internet that Lance LeGault, who played Decker, was busy fulfilling his duties on Magnum, P. I., so that explains it.

Anyway, here the A-Team help out a fire station from the corruption that threatens to envelope it, and all's well that ends well init.

Wonderful fire fighting episode. Better than fireman Sam and the towering inferno put together

Typical kind of story

Warning: Spoilers
Episode 4 of Season 3 is a typical A-Team adventure, full of character humour and a business rivalry plot. This time around it's about privately-run fire brigades, with an organisation run by a criminal trying to muscle in on the good guys. This is a straightforward, matter of fact episode, spoilt a little by Dwight Schultz's annoying insistence on doing a fake British accent (that really grates on me) but lifted by the presence of the reliable Paul Gleason as the baddie.
