Stark says that the A-Team is only as good as their G-2. He is saying they are only as good as their intel. G-2 is the military designation for the intelligence gathering and dissemination section of any given unit.
In the bar scene near the beginning, a disguised Hannibal refers to himself as "Kid Shelleen". This is the name of a character Lee Marvin plays in Cat Ballou (1965).
During the scene where the team are listening to the bugged cops at the coffee shop, Murdoch is reading Marvel Comics' Fantastic Four #253 cover dated April 1983 (two months after this episode aired, but as a rule comics are dated three months ahead to allow for a longer display and selling window).
Murdoch tells Inspector Maloney, "Book 'em, Danno, murder one! Over a decade earlier, Norman Alden (Maloney) guest starred in Rest in Peace, Somebody (1971). Ironically, in that show he played a rogue cop who was kicked off the force.
