Won the Audience Award and the Jury Prize for Best Student Short Film at the 2005 New England Film & Video Festival, its world festival premiere.
The movie was lit entirely without the use of electricity. The crew used giant mirrors and screens to control and diffuse the natural sunlight, rather that using electric lighting.
Filmed entirely on location in Cisco, Utah, which had previously featured in the films 'Vanishing Point (1971)' and 'Thelma & Louise (1991)'.
Filmed on Fujifilm color film stock.
The film's title may be a reference to the line "Thou foster-child of silence and slow time" from the John Keats poem "Ode on a Grecian Urn."
