In the first meeting between Clay and Aisha, the bottle of liquor is clearly unopened, as evidenced by the fact that the liquor doesn't pour out when Aisha holds it sideways. Yet later when she throws it at Clay we see liquid flying out of it before it hits anything which could have broken it.

In the beginning of the movie, after designating the intended target with a laser, the team calls for an air strike to be executed. The executing aircraft can be clearly identified as a MiG-21. Not only would that be an odd weapon of choice for CIA operatives anyway, but the only country in the American hemisphere which operates this aircraft is Cuba.
The air strike is then executed by firing two missiles. Even though a Laser-Guided Bomb would be the more appropriate choice to take out a soft area target, both LGBs and LGMs are not available options for the MiG-21 platform. Last but not least, the MiG-21 does not have any of the sophisticated MFD instruments, as shown in the movies, the instrument panel is actually the super-sized single MFD of a F-35 Lightning II.

The dart was low in the side of the car, so it should have moved off to one side. The only way it could have leaped vertically was if the explosives were directly underneath.
During the shootout at the port Pooch gets shot in both legs. For the rest of the shoot out he cannot even walk. Yet later when he is sneaking into the hospital to get to his pregnant wife he doesn't even limp or act like his legs are hurting in any way.

He later pulls the rifle out already fully assembled so it can't be that it was disassembled inside the cello case.
When the school bus is rolling down hill with the kids, the shifter they show is the Humvee.
During the shootout at the docks, at the 1:22:50 mark, the shot has been flipped - Aisha's eyebrow piercing is on the wrong side, her shoulder tattoo is on the wrong shoulder, and the numbers on the shipping container are all reversed.
